1) When you touch the driver’s side door handle (left front door) with your hand, the outer handle contact sensor G605 will send the information “finger release” to the comfort system central control unit (J393) on the vehicle.
2) The comfort system central control unit (J393) sends a wake-up signal to the car key through the smart entry starter on the driver’s side, and also sends a signal to all smart entry keys.
3) The car key determines the location of the key in the car based on these signals and sends this information to the central door lock and anti-theft alarm device antenna R47.
4) The central door lock and anti-theft alarm device antenna R47 sends this information to the comfort system central control unit (J393).
5) The comfort system central control unit (J393) sends the information “open the door” to the door control unit (referring to the door whose door handle has been triggered).
6) The door control unit receives the command from the convenience system central control unit (J393) and then operates the corresponding lock cylinder, so that the door can be opened.
7) The normal door opening process includes deactivating the safety device, opening the door, confirming the flash and turning on the interior lights. In addition to the confirmation flash, the convenience system central control unit J393 and the central door lock/anti-theft alarm antenna R47 send the vehicle status to the car key.
