(1) Electronic device module
1) The electronic device module is a combination of the hydraulic shift mechanism and the electronic transmission control unit (EGS). It is installed in the oil pan.
2) The electronic device module contains the mechanical components of the transmission control system, such as solenoid valves and shock absorbers, which serve as actuators.
3) The electronic transmission control system contains the entire transmission electronic control unit. It is welded and sealed. The function of the electronic transmission control system can be guaranteed below 140°C.
(2) Driving gear switch
1) The driving gear switch (P, R, N, D) is in the mechanical electronic module. It is actuated by the shift lever through a pull cable.
2) The slider of the driving gear switch is embedded in the hydraulic selection slide valve.
3) The driving gear switch and the hydraulic selection slide valve are actuated by the selector lever through a pull cable. The driving gear switch consists of a slider with a fixed magnet and 4 Hall sensors for the driving gears P, R, N and D. The electrical signal of the driving gear switch is analyzed and processed in the mechatronics module and used to control the solenoid valve and the fuel pressure regulator. Sequential gear shifting is performed electrically via the switch on the gear lever mechanism.
(3) Transmission control unit The gear shift data required by the transmission control unit, such as injection time, engine speed, throttle angle, engine temperature and engine intervention, are transmitted to the transmission control unit via the PT-CAN bus. The solenoid valve and the pressure regulator are controlled directly by the mechatronics module.
