Answer: The steps of 6DT35 transmission adaptation are as follows:
Prerequisites: After replacing the clutch, electro-hydraulic control module, oil pump and other parts, adaptation is required;
Preparation stage: The gear lever is in the P position, the air conditioner is turned off, the handbrake is pulled up, the brake pedal is pressed, the engine is in idle state, and the steering wheel is stationary until the adaptation is completed.
Operation process:
Enter vehicle diagnosis → 6DT35 transmission control system → Adaptation → One-key adaptation
After the adaptation is completed, the diagnostic instrument will display that the adaptation is successful (as shown in the figure).
If “One-key adaptation failed” or it has been in “operation” for a long time, check whether there is any misoperation, whether the gear is in P gear, whether the handbrake is pulled up, whether the brake is pressed, and whether the air conditioner is turned off. If there is any misoperation, correct it and operate it again.
If there is no misoperation, check whether there is a fault in the engine or transmission, and operate it again after troubleshooting.
If the page fails to enter a part of the adaptation, such as “gear adaptation failure”, “oil pump adaptation failure”, etc., it may be caused by a fault in the transmission. It is necessary to troubleshoot the fault and operate again.
The operation method of using VDS1000 is the same as above.
