Fault analysis:
Analysis of the causes of less oil and more gas 1. Low gasoline pump pressure or blocked fuel injector, 2. Intake pressure and oxygen sensor failure, 3. Intake manifold and EGR leakage, 4. Carbon deposits in the intake duct.
After checking one by one, the gasoline pressure, idle speed and test run are normal. The engine is immediately shut down and tested with the throttle covered, and there is no leakage. According to the data flow information, the oxygen sensor data will also change when the cleaning agent is sprayed into the intake duct. Finally, it is suspected that the carbon deposits in the intake duct absorb oil and gas. The intake manifold is disassembled and it is found that there are a lot of carbon deposits in the intake duct and valves.
