The trunk cannot be opened after inspection, the rear seat enters and the emergency switch is turned
Open the trunk. Remove the lock block and find that the screws of the trunk lock motor have fallen off and disintegrated. Reassemble and test drive and find that the lock is weak. Replace the new lock block without careful consideration. Test drive is normal and the fault is solved.
At night, the customer took the car and gave it to the customer for test drive. It was found that the trunk could not be locked.
Feeling that the lock is weak. Unable to lock. Disassemble and check, suspect that the pins of the new lock block plug are loose. Re-tighten and test drive normal. All installed and tested normally twice, the fault still exists. Re-disassemble and measure and find that when locking the car, the motor line 1 controlled by the BCM is negative and virtual electricity, and the test light cannot be lit. Line 2 is positive and the test light can be lit. When unlocking, line 1 is positive and the test light can be lit. Line 2 is negative and the test light can be lit. It is judged to be an internal fault of the BCM.
Because the price has been negotiated. In addition, the customer was anxious to get the car. I prepared to install a relay to solve the problem of poor grounding of line 1 when locking. After connecting the relay. The test found that the remote control had no response and the car door could not be locked or unlocked. I was speechless… My brain quickly recalled that when I suspected that the test circuit was broken when the negative pole was added to line 1, another colleague pressed the remote control trunk unlock button. I disassembled the panel and found the fuse and found it was blown. After replacing it, I found that there was still no response. My heart was pounding. After checking, I found that the trunk lock block was not completely closed and the ignition switch was not turned off.
Restored. The motor unlocked and locked normally. All were reinstalled. Tested ten times and it was normal. Demonstrated to the customer, the second time it could not be locked again. Damn, this is really fucking shit. There was a storm and hail outside. The customer couldn’t wait any longer. He drove away first.
The next day, the car arrived for inspection. It was found that it could lock automatically again. It didn’t work after several tests. Disassembled and checked and installed a relay and found it was normal. After testing, it was found to work normally again. The trunk switch was open and closed several times and there was no problem. Wait a minute and test again and find that the central control can not be locked and unlocked again. Uh uh uh, I checked and found that the interior central control was normal. Is there a problem with the key? Replace the key battery and find that the remote control is normal. I’m scared, I’ll leave it for now.
Measure several times every half an hour and test more than 20 times. It’s normal. I want to reinstall it. After reinstalling it, I found that the lock is weak again. Open the trunk and lock it again. It’s normal. Is the gap between the trunk and the frame too small? Remove the rear panel decorative cover of the lock buckle and find that the lock is normal. Increase the height and adjust the lock buckle to be normal.
It’s not normal after reinstalling it. It’s still not normal after removing the rear panel. Remove the back door cover.
Test normal. Reinstall and test normal. Test again abnormal. Careful observation found that the emergency unlocking buckle of the trunk decorative panel is facing the lock block. There is a bulge in the position. It is suspected that the motor lock will touch here. Cut it directly and reinstall it. Test it normally.
Damn, I was speechless. I repaired a trunk that couldn’t be opened. I repaired it and found that it couldn’t be locked. Then I checked and found that the BCM was damaged. After modification, I repaired it again and found that the central door lock was paralyzed. Then I repaired it and found that it couldn’t be locked intermittently. Then I repaired it and found that the remote control key battery was exhausted. Finally, I dealt with the tailgate cover…
