Fault analysis:
Everything is normal when the car drives over. The manual transmission acceleration jerk is often caused by ignition system failure. The owner said that the ignition system has been replaced. This fault has lasted for more than half a year. It used to occur once or twice a month, but recently it has become more frequent. There have been several times when the accelerator pedal is pressed, the engine speed cannot rise, and the fault light is on. The accelerator pedal fault code is reported. The two accelerator pedals are still in the trunk. The car has not been used recently and will be repaired when it is fixed. The next morning, I tested the car for an hour, but the fault did not appear. In the afternoon, when I was not busy, I found a big slope to test the car. The fault appeared twice. The first and second gears were very jerky when going uphill, but there was no fault code. I came back and measured the oil pressure. The four pressures were fine. The ignition system was all new. The diagnostic instrument had no fault code. The misfire data was 0, and other data streams did not show any major problems. In this case, I continued to test the car. There was no good solution. Later, on the third day, the fault appeared on a big stone slope. There was no response when I stepped on the accelerator, and the fault light was on. I restarted the ignition and everything was normal. The diagnostic instrument read the P060600 and P060662 accelerator pedal related fault codes. The accelerator pedal had been replaced by two other repair shops. It should be a circuit problem. The accelerator pedal circuit was normal when measured with a multimeter, and the accelerator pedal data stream read by the diagnostic instrument was also normal. The fault code can be cleared. I can only bring tools and diagnostic instruments to measure when the fault occurs. Continue to test the car on the big stone slope. When the fault occurs after repeated test runs, it is found that the data flow of the accelerator pedal is abnormal. At the same time, a large number of fault codes are read this time. In addition to the accelerator pedal, there are also intake and exhaust camshaft position sensors and oxygen sensors. The fault reported at the same time should be a problem with the shared circuit. The circuit diagram is found in the Auto Repair Handbook, and it is found that the accelerator pedal, intake and exhaust camshaft position sensors, and oxygen sensors share a yellow and white ground wire. When the fault occurs on the stone slope section, such a trial car pulls the wiring harness. When it is pulled to the wiring harness next to the engine computer board, it is found that the voltage of the accelerator pedal signal 1 is incorrect. Under normal circumstances, the signal voltage 1 is twice the voltage of the signal voltage 2. The data flow of this car also gives twice the voltage value. When the signal voltage 1 is 0.38 volts, the voltage value calculated by the computer board is 0.76 volts, and the signal voltage 2 voltage value reaches 4.98 volts. At the same time, the ground wires of the oxygen sensor and the camshaft position sensor are also measured at 4.98 volts, indicating that the ground wire is poorly contacted. In this way, the big wire is disassembled to find the fault point
