Suspension fault during steering, fault code: front axle rod pressure regulating valve
Fault phenomenon:
There is obvious abnormal noise and vibration when turning the steering wheel. It will report a fault when turning sharply, and the red fault light will be reported when turning too sharply.
Fault phenomenon
Fault analysis:
Front axle pressure regulating valve fault, delete and retry the fault still exists, the valve body is installed on the left side of the car bottom, and it is found that there are oil stains on the oil pot. After cleaning it, it is found that it is held back. The front and rear pressure regulating valves are still swapped. It is normal after a car dismantler comes back and manually bleeds the air. However, the automatic bleed of the road pass cannot be passed. I borrowed an SDD from somewhere else and went through the procedure. It is normal, but the abnormal noise when turning is still there. Later, it was found that the oil pipe in front of the valve body hit the pedal bracket and made an abnormal noise. (This is a common problem) The abnormal noise disappears after the rubber pad is fixed. Pay attention to the rubber ring when installing the new valve body. A set of rubber rings is ridiculously expensive.
Solution:
Replace the valve body and bleed the chassis fault alarm.
The abnormal noise of the pedal bracket rubber pad disappears.
